What's your favorite way to cook zucchini?

I love it fried but that's not healthy so we usually grill it. We use the spray butter and Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning that gives it great flavor.

With lots of oil.

The oil lubricates it, making it easier to scrape it into the trash.
