Do you have any favorite TV shows now or in the past?

I use to really like Cheers when it was on. We have a streaming service and my wife is in the process of watching every since episode of Monk ever created. I kinda am amazed at what they do on American Ninja Warrior.

I used to watch a fair amount of Television in my early years and young adult years.

Now, I do not watch it at all. Various reasons.

Me neither. They had a tv at the holiday park. Kids watched hours of Nicolodeon. What rubbish. Can we get tv at home too? Rather not. Now I remember why I got rid of it. Those kids programs go on and on and on and on all day through and for me there's nothing interesting anyway.

My father used to (and still does) watch hours and hours of television. I remember the routine - dad got home, we'd eat dinner, then dad would go and watch t.v. for nearly the rest of the night. On weekends when he was off work that was often what he did. I used to watch some, but not as much as him.

It rots your brain. According to what I hear, he believes just about everything he sees on it. He doesn't question hardly anything. I remember as young man we went to church once and he quoted "original thoughts" that just turned out to be from a movie he'd just seen. My brother is very similar. Living in fantasy television world.

I slowed down a lot after realizing how much the advertising was affecting me. After learning the truth of 911 - it was time to turn corporate television off.

I agree; I like that show.

I usually watch news or science or history stuff, rarely sitcomes (and never 'reality' shows).... but I do sometimes catch "reruns" of Home Improvement and The Middle.
