My personal favorites are : pizza, pasta, risotto and prosciutto al melone. I can't live without pizza and pasta. I have a frozen 3 meats and 3 cheese oven-baked pizza once weekly at home every weekend.

I love a lot of the cheeses and cured meats and soups. As far as dishes, lasagna, arancini, ossobuco alla milanese and tiramisu.

My husband is part Italian so his family on his mom's side made wonderful foods! I have the recipe for their homemade ravioli and I try to make it at least once a year now. It has spinach, pork and beef with parmesan cheese on the inside and they're really tiny.

I also like lasagna but it makes so much!!
