It was bound to happen eventually, TV is just a bunch of colors and signals creating moving pictures, so it has potential to be further manipulated. People will be lazy as usual and believe what they see instead of checking their sources.
On FB for example they will have a fake quote over some political figure and people blindly believe it and accept it as fact.

That video was about altered scenes or statements. The Fake News that the New York Times, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC, for example, deal in doesn't even bother with such phony 'evidence' to back up their fakery. They just claim that someone said something or is about to do something...and the fact that the media claimed it is sufficient to fool thousands of low-information voters.
