It depends who made them.
Some people cook them so the edges are crispy and the center is gooey. Other people cook them to the edges are crunchy and the center is crispy. Whichever bit is slightly crispy is good for me.
Some people get it just right so that the corners have slightly crispy edges and slightly gooey centers. Those are the best.
