Do you remember your dreams? Are they generally on the good or bad side?

My dreams are mostly on the good side but last night I had one about a plane crash and it was awful.

i find if i slide off my pillow and get a sore neck in my sleep .. thus being in pain in my sleep .. i am woken with a random bad dream . very odd and very interesting that it occurs that way

I remember my dreams at times. They generally are strange dreams, some good and some are bad. When I used a nicotene patch at night my dreams were very lucid and memorable. I had to take the patch off because they were too intense.
