Yes. This constant downpour has left me with barely enough energy to get up in the morning.

When it rains I get wet. When it's hot I get sweaty. Yep, it affects me.

Seriously speaking, there are times my wife all but throws me out of the house for the afternoon because I get agitated if I can't be outside for a time. I haven't had a decent hike in many weeks because of the weather - either too hot and sticky or raining hard. I'm looking forward to getting out and having a decent hike.

Weather affects me big time. I get REALLY bad headaches when a storm is coming so it was horrible with living in Florida and the hurricanes.

Rain calms me, Texas heat drains me, Autumn makes me happy, winter months used to depress me but for the past few years I have been joyful and social in the winter.
Seasons in general change my mood, the weather itself really depends on the season. Spring of course always gives me headaches and itchy eyes, it last all season.

I love autumn too! I'm looking forward to it this year since my daughter is here and we can do more things. My pumpkin allergy seems to be gone so now it's Pumpkin Everything!! LOL

Yes, it affects me. I get depressed when it's very overcast at times. Not all the time, though.

Has anyone tried a lamp that helps with depression from lack of sunlight? My daughter had one and it did help but you have to be dedicated to using it daily.

Amazon. I can look up the kind my daughter has but it's over a decade old so there are probably newer ones that work better.
