Nope, not everyone lies. The bible records numerous individuals who lead righteous lives, which of course means no lying.

To believe "all men are liars" is to call Jesus one when he says to Nathanael: "Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!" (John 1:47).

"All men sin" and "All men lie" is inconsistent with the broader biblical narrative (being particular to the New testament and Paul's letters especially). I think most men lie at some point, but you will never convince me that "God made them do it - either directly or through some 'sinful nature' He supposedly gave them in order to have mercy on them later". Sort of inconsistent with a Righteous and Holy God.

On the subject of lying, does anyone remember their first?

I remember my first. It involved my friendship with a neighbor kid. I was somewhere between 9 and 11. I'm pretty sure it involved torching some GI Joe plastic toys in a mock war game with W-D40, although I can't be certain. What I am certain of is that when questioned over the incident by his dad, I lied. I remember feeling like something in me died. I felt horrible. I went to him and in tears I confessed and he kindly forgave me.
