I used to, it had a tiny little Jesus statue nailed to it. I ended up taking it off because my friends I knew at the time were showing me scripture about not having graven images. They also asked me is Jesus alive or dead. Alive I said and they said why do I have Jesus dead on the cross? They had a point. Jesus was raised from the dead and is still nailed to the cross.
That said, I don't judge anyone who wears them. If they're Christian, I can understand why they'd wear one. If they're not Christian and wearing a cross, then great! that gives me an ice breaker where I could say 'your necklace/tattoo/etc reminds me of when Jesus saved me' and may have an opportunity to share the Gospel.

Is a cross without a corpus (body) any less graven?

I don't see anything wrong with a reminder of where our sins got nailed to and forgiven and a crucifix is just that.

I like both a plain cross and a crucifix. The cross is an abstract symbol that many associate with Christianity while the crucifix is a concrete sign of our redemption and the love of God.
