Well, yesterday after I created this thread, I tried to go take a nap but the dog next door barked for more than an hour outside. No nap for me.

Yes, on occasion. I find, at my age, it's usually a result of some need to recover from some sort of physical stress. That could be a night or few nights of not getting enough sleep. If I have slept at least 7 hours, it could be something else.

Oh yes. I have no control over it, I sit, I doze off. It is part of getting old!
