That's an old idea from psychology. It has been disputed. The main point is that we probably don't utilise the full potential of our brains as we perhaps could.Do we only use 90% of our brains?Yes or no?

Back in the 80s it was said that we only used about 10% of our brain, with much speculation as to what might happen if we could unlock the rest. I haven't heard the theory presented in a while now.
