No. The Bible doesn't say that he did, Jesus failed to mention his fate after his resurrection, and man does not have the authority to judge the eternal fate of anyone.

Since it isn't stated what his eternal fate was, I would suggest that it is not something the Lord deemed as being something we need to know.

This is the only verse I can think of that gives a hint of Judas' fate:

“The Son of Man is to go, just as it is written of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.”
