Do Nutrition drinks help in weight reduction?

I know many Nutrition drinks are out there and i tried a drink for 3-4 months and i didn't find any difference in weight reduction. Money wasted and the referral earned great money.

I've never tried health drinks. Are they filling like with extra protein? I tried Slim Fast (I think it's different than what you're asking since it's not a health drink but diet drink) in the past and it never worked for me. I was always hungry still.

Oh my, I tried Slim Fast over 30 years ago. And I remember being weak and hungry. But when I was cycling 5 years ago, I did try some protein drinks and the chocolate one was delicious. But again, I'm not sure what "health drinks" are, I guess I've never really tried them either.

Soda, sugar and Salt combination never lets you reduce the weight. You have to make sure that you are not consuming these three things in order to control your weight. Many people make sure that health drinks are on their top list to avoid. Nobody who does the gym and keeps their belly fit and fine is going to consume those health drinks. Anything with sugar even with sativa is going to be healthy for the body.

Years ago, I had a consultation with a dietician. She said that unless you have lymphedema or high blood pressure, sodium is not going to hurt you - unless you consume huge amounts, but huge amounts of anything is not good for anyone.

I have been using Premier Protein drinks because I simply do not consume enough proteins. I will dissolve some very strong instant coffee, and add that to it, so the protein drink replaces my morning Nestle iced java, which was loaded with sugar. On making the switch, I lost a significant amount of weight. I was on Weight Watchers, and making this switch skyrocketed my weight loss for about the next two months. I still use the Protein drinks, and have pretty much been maintaining my weight (after losing about 100 lbs).

A friend of mine uses matcha/green smoothies, and though she didn't lose weight on it, she said she has more energy and has an increased sense of well-being.
