My sister in law has always made my christmas pudding and its lovely, sadly this year I have to buy one as my big bro is ill and cant get over right now.. I love it. tho its very sweet, full of fruit like raisins, currents, mixed fruit. some sort of booze, full of calories and really nice so, you only need a small slice, with cream or brandy butter or custard or ice cream depends what you like really..

That sounds really good!! I always like having bread pudding with a bit of ice cream on top so I'd probably be the one to choose ice cream with this too if I ever got the opportunity to try it!

A good one is awesome. It can be interesting carrying them through airport security.

If you don't have an issue with a little alcohol you really need to try brandy butter. It's very rich and very tasty.

It's good but heavy and full of nuts and fruit and brandy. It takes a long time to cook - around 5 hours of boiling in cloth.
