I made rum cake one year for our Christmas party at work. I had so much rum in it the cake was drunk. LOL.:rotfl:

I used to enjoy my mum's Christmas cake. She made it in January and it was dry. But adding an ounce of brandy to it every couple of weeks meant it was very moist by Christmas.
