Interesting context - This was shot during Bing Crosby's tour of England. David Bowie didn't want to sing 'Little Drummer Boy' as he didn't feel it was right for him. The songwriters for 'Peace On Earth' created the harmony part in about an hour, which is the same amount of time Bing and David Bowie rehearsed the song before filming.
