What do you think about this? Do you think holy water alone is going to save them?

It sounds like the kind of silliness more associated with the uber charismatic nutjobs who think they can simply declare curses to be broken.

Even if he does drive out demons (which is itself unlikely), Jesus was pretty clear about what happens after the demon wanders the wild places and returns. So this scheme seems ineffective at best and counterproductive at worst.
