Carrot cake lovers?

My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary today and we went out to eat lunch at a place we hadn't been to before. They had the absolute BEST carrot cake I've ever eaten (we split a slice).

Do you like carrot cake? With nuts or without? With pineapple or without?

I've had many variations of carrot cake, being a tasty cake is all that matters to me. I prefer a cream frosting but it really doesn't matter especially about all the other stuff.

I love a good carrot cake. Don't eat it very often because it disagrees with my waistline that I'm really wanting to be smaller than it is, but enjoy it when I do. I like cakes made with nuts. I like most things with nuts. I don't know if I've had carrot cake with pineapple. I think you should mail me a piece, for research purposes of course.....
