Have you ever crashed a car?

How did it happen and was anyone hurt?

Yes.

I was passing someone going in the same direction and a car from the other side of the road was stationary and waiting to make a turn across the road I was on into a side street. The road I was on was not completely straight, it was around a mild curve. Because the person I was passing was just ahead of me, I was blinded to any car crossing the road. The crossing car was also blinded to me by the car I was passing.

When I passed the vehicle finally the danger became known....the car crossing the road was right in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes. However it was too late. Upon impact my seat belt failed and I slammed chest first into the steering wheel. My car was totaled, and the passenger of the other car was killed.

I ran in the back of a car because the sun from behind was bright enough I didn't see their brake lights come on.

Nobody was hurt in the collision. The driver of the other car, who was significantly smaller than me, thought it was clever to threaten me with violence. I can only assume he was trying to look tough in front of his friends by threatening to punch someone much bigger than him. I pointed out that it wouldn't be very clever to do that, and so he avoided the secondary opportunity to sustain an injury after everything had come to a complete stop.
