I used to play another post-sequence based game on another forum and often thought of writing a script to just look at the thread and grab the best posts automatically. At the time most of the activity took place when I was sleeping because of timezones, and it would have been nice to have just gone to bed and see how high a score a bot racked up for me.

490 - At the math help forum I help admin, I added a javascript function that will turn selected people's messages in our live chat into gibberish (but only at random with a preset probability), and one young man, a 13 year old uber-genius from India doing post-graduate level work got so mad he threatened to leave the forum unless I quit.
