How do you cook boneless skinless chicken breasts on the grill without them drying out or burning up before they're cooked through?

Oooh I did this once after reading a recipe, we use the really thin boneless breasts and we lightly spray olive oil on both sides. Before spraying, pound down on them so they're even in thickness, that's essential. Make sure the grill is HOT and then cook them for a few minutes each side. They really don't need more than 3 minutes per side and then let them sit under foil for a few minutes.
