How often do you take your blood pressure?

We have a monitor that I bought for my husband to keep track of his blood pressure but for years it just sat around in the bedroom. I hadn't been to my doctor in a while because of the lock down due to the virus and was curious what my numbers were. I've always had lower blood pressure because of my thyroid but now that my thyroid is gone my numbers have raised just a bit.

I think I want to monitor my numbers a few times a week so I can get a feel for where I'm at since I won't be going to any doctor's appointments for a while. I have one in May but not sure it will get canceled or not.

Today my blood pressure was 109/73. That's considered normal but for someone who for years had a blood pressure of 90/60 it seems high. I guess my thyroid medicine is working.
