I've been thinking about designing something to help move snow without needing an engine. Human powered is cheaper than engine powered but it needs some form of mechanical advantage to shift the weight of a lot of snow.

The plows did an AWFUL job! Some roads are only one lane and there are roads that start off as 2 lanes and one lane mysteriously disappears. I pay too much in taxes for this to happen.
