My beloved kitty to right I would do everything possible so she didn't suffer to long,
Random stranger hmm, I would definitely call the police and emergency services for them, thats the only things I can do, as not trained any more in life support. That and I can't bend down anymore cause, I can't get up again and would be carted of to the ER myself lol
