It is definitely not natural since the fall.
The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Cor 2:14.
There is only one Person, according to scripture who can teach, and those who He teaches will learn and come to Him.
It is written in the Prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me— John 6:45.
