I made my daughter's boyfriend vegan basil fettuccine and it tastes so good!

I used a mix of equal parts semolina flour to all purpose flour, a bit of salt, olive oil and water and I have a container of basil from the grocery store that has fresh basil with canola oil to keep it fresh and not drying out. I used about a Tablespoon I think! I have a pasta roller and cutter which makes it easy. It tastes better to boil it right away but keeps if you dry it for 24 hours and then put into food safe bags for storage.
