I started using Canva.com to do some graphics this month. My very first design turned out really well and I'm finding that the hotkeys are similar to Corel Draw, but not all of them, so there is a learning curve. The site is also a bit glitchy and I lost that first design...but I was smart enough to download it so I have a copy and can recreate it if need be. It would take a few hours to do so though.

Since then, I've learned to Lock my work when I'm done.

I've also gotten around some of the Free limitations of the site by downloading and then using other online sites for free to do what I need such as transparent backgrounds and cropping animated gifs.

It's a neat program with a lot of elements that are already in place to save time on designing. One drawback is you can't "draw" like you can with Corel Draw. At least, I haven't figured out how to do that yet.
