Christians represent about 1/3 of the world's population and that means that 2/3 are not Christians. Many are Muslims, many are Hindus, there are Buddhists, animists, Jews, and thousands of other religions and many Atheists. Are these our brothers or are they something else perhaps enemies?

Not brothers in Christ, but on the other hand Paul said we're all His offspring to those at the Areopagus.
I wouldn't say brothers, you normally only say that to male nurses and christians or real brothers.
They're the harvest fields. Saul/Paul was an enemy before he became a brother. The majority of those people don't persecute and kill me for my faith, so no, they are not my enemies.
