All my life I have been a ketchup freak. So much so that as a child of maybe 10 years, I got a giant can (restaurant size) of ketchup as one of my birthday gifts. I always get the thicker part from just inside the lid and savor it. I love ketchup cooked into scrambled eggs (add generous quantities of ketchup when the eggs are raw). Baked ketchup is wonderful and I always wished to make baked ketchup squares as a finger food. I also thought baked ketchup slices would be a good way to eat a hamburger, since regular ketchup always splooshes out the back when you bite in (the solution, of course, is to dip the burger in ketchup or squirt ketchup on it for each bite).
