I really like Flyleaf even though it took a bit to get used to the singer's voice! LOL

Flyleaf and Copeland never really claimed to be Christian bands. Do you think that some bands will use it as a stepping stone to a bigger audience?

Mike herrera of mxpx says he is mo lomger christian. In that way maybe mxpx launched themselves into new areas.

There are a lot of bands that got secular recognition. Thousand foot krutch for example got a lot of attention especially here in ontario, simce they are from around where i live

Do you think it might be easier to get into the Christian music field than in a regular music field for rock, hip hop, etc? I would think there is less competition.

This article is interesting concerning the Christian music industry. It describes it as still a business where the goal is to make money just like any other music industry. I guess that's true?
