(Inspired by watching "reality" cop shows)
Questions/statements from officers that make me wonder what they're talking about:
1) Do you have anything on you that I need to worry about? (Like... a pet tarantula? :dunno:)
2) You're being detained. (Like a mini-arrest, but not really?)

People who have aggressive animals, know their animal is aggressive and/or extremely territorial and still have the nerve to let them out without a leash, even on their front property that is close to a public walkway/sidewalk.

Do you mean post about your pet peeves here - as in here on the forums? Or do you mean post here about [all] pet peeves?

If I can post about all pet peeves, the drivers in this town suck!!!! They are not taught to drive; they are taught to pass the driving test. Grrr....

Any and all if you're brave enough :)

Yep. Me, out loud, to every driver: "It's 50!"

I have a lady in our community where we live that lets her little dog off the leash and doesn't put the dog in the pooping area. She lets her dog poop in the grassy area by OUR house! :banghead: :slap:

Co-worker 'A' says something about an issue she's having (professional issue - resources for a client), and I have some resources to share with her that are specific to the youth she's working with.
Co-worker 'B' immediately talks over me about things that will not help the youth in question, or will require the youth to go way outside her home community.
Sometimes I actually do know what I'm talking about and don't need to be interrupted.

Being sent home from work just because you're contagious, even though you feel fairly fine when you take Tylenol Cold. :( I can't afford time off...

Hearing my 13 year old daughter use adult language sets my teeth on edge.

That sucks. I think most everyone here is sick to one degree or another. Lots of sneezing and nose blowing going on. We just deal with it.

Dog poop is no big deal to me. Inconsiderate, yes, but one either cleans it up or it biodegrades.

I was thinking more about specific types of dogs which can be very aggressive and extremely territorial. Like a rottweiler which can and do at times turn on their owners and even kill them and eat them:

https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/803768/dog-attack-rottweiler-death-horror-police

Random, unprovoked attacks by certain types of dogs on other dogs and strangers are regular news.

I shouldn't have to bloody cross to the other side of the street because some dipstick has their dog unleashed in their yard or have to keep a wary eye on a large aggressive type dog over 100 feet away from me in a park I'm walking through that is pulling on it's owner's leash in my direction.

An owner of such a dog would say it's all training. While that may be true to some extent, all it takes is one mistake like an unlocked fence + an agitated dog and everyone in the neighborhood is a potential target. Kids are the most vulnerable, but even large grown men can be seriously injured or even killed by certain dogs.

I confess to being nuts on this point, but....

People who stink or just generally have bad hygiene

Really messy people....

I TRY to tell myself this is mostly a cultural thing.... it's a value/judgement thing..... it doesn't make THEM bad..... I KNOW that..... but it still bothers me. If you are going to sit WAY too close to a bunch of people on an airplane for 16 hours, take a shower.... wear clean clothes.

In this part of BC there's a significant population of South Asian (Indian) immigrants. A number of them don't cut their hair and wear tight turbans. I'm not sure if the sweat collects under the turban and some chemical hocus-pocus happens, but.... oh, man...
