It depends why you're starting a new chapter.
If it's something you chose, the uncertainty of whether making the changes are the best way forward and wondering if you can get back to where you were before if the new chapter doesn't work out.
If it was something forced on you (redundancy, bereavement etc), probably the enforced change.
