Before the Holy Spirit comes down in abundance upon God's children, Satan will cause an excitement in the churches which have rejected God, so as to attempt to deceive the honest where the Spirit of God is truly at. As the excitement continues, there will be souls that will even do miracles, claiming to do so in the name of Christ, but are really simply using the power of Satan. However, there will be those, whom truly have the Holy Spirit, who will also be doing miracles as well. How will one know who is the true Christian, and who is the false one? The answer is found in God's Word.

Is this your own prophecy? Do we find it in scripture?
The Spirit of God indwells all his adopted children. God empowers us to walk in step with the Spirit.
Satan can only do what God ordains him to do (Read the book of Job). Certainly the Bible says that God will send a deluding spirit so that people cannot believe.
God has his elect in good hands.
2 Thessalonians 2:8-17
[8]Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed, but the Lord Jesus will kill him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by the splendor of his coming.
[9]This man will come to do the work of Satan with counterfeit power and signs and miracles.
[10]He will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them.
[11]So God will cause them to be greatly deceived, and they will believe these lies.
[12]Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.
[13]As for us, we can’t help but thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters loved by the Lord. We are always thankful that God chose you to be among the first to experience salvation—a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy and through your belief in the truth.
[14]He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
[15]With all these things in mind, dear brothers and sisters, stand firm and keep a strong grip on the teaching we passed on to you both in person and by letter.
[16]Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope,
[17]comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say.

Could it be the great deception that is spoken of?

The prophecy is found within the Scriptures. It is not made up. And yes, Satan shall come pretending to be Christ, and would deceive the elect, if it were possible.

The man of sin, however, is already here, and he is being exposed all around. But there is also prophesied in the end times a bunch of false doctrines as well, so while the man of sin, the man in Rome, is being exposed, there are many distractions.

Please provide the passage so I can read it in scripture. I want to see how you are interpreting the passage. Is it possible your interpretation is not accurate?

I'm increasingly wondering to what extent the so-called ministers within the New Apostolic Reformation are associated with the bad guys in the book of Revelation. The ones that talk of things like the Seven Mountains Mandate, of dominionism, of the idea that we can be little Christs. At least some of the dots connect.

I see evangelical christians on Facebook fall for that lie. They invite those weirdos and say Jesus doesnt come back anymore. It was spiritual. All happened in 70 AD. Israel doesnt matter.

Perhaps we shouldnt start any discussion of this sort by accepting that there was or is any "New Apostolic Reformation."

Not sure what you mean - it's a term used to describe a current movement that seems to be gaining influence within the church. Personally I'd describe it more like a cancer than a reformation because it seems to be infesting ever-more churches with bad theology.

That may be the way the term is put to use, all right, but it is not a Reformation or comparable to 'The Reformation' that's famous in history.

However, I see nothing wrong with talking about "a new movement in church circles" or something else like that which doesn't stretch the truth or attempt to associate itself, by the use of borrowed terminology, with truly important developments in the history of Christianity.

I prefer to call it the NAR which is shorter, loses the word "reformation", and also provides a handy descriptor that doesn't require lots of excessive verbiage to say that a teacher or a church seems to have aligned themselves with it.
