It can, but to ignore a brother or sister in Christ must be left as a last resort.

I think bipolar problems run in her family, based on the things I've heard. I also know that her husband died., She needs to be in a nursing home.

Sometimes when people don't feel well (mentally or physically) they lash out at the minor things.
