For sure, if you're planning on driving more than a few miles, it's a lot more relaxing to do it just as you described while the speeders flash by, weaving in and out, and having then to calculate how best to get ahead of every other car and truck ahead. Then, for their trouble, they'll arrive ten minutes sooner than you do.
