I have gotten a job through that site before, but I don't personally have an account on it anymore. It is a good way for recruiters to find a person looking for a job. I'm just not looking for a job at the moment.

    Moses wrote Genesis?

I have heard two or three times recently that Moses supposedly wrote Genesis. Besides tradition, what is the evidence that this is true? Does it matter to you that it is or not Moses who wrote it? I think it just as likely that it is someone that we don't even know the name of or that...

    calling on God's name

Your statement that Abraham knew that name seems to conflict with Exodus 6:2-3. "but by my name the Lord I did not make myself known to them."

    Trump and Covid

I'm hoping the Supreme Court disqualifies him and someone else jumps in and wins. The thing is though, he is his own worst enemy. If he could just be nice and let some things roll off his back and not have to call people names or say stupid things then he would have won last time

    Which denominations would you consider

I would consider a church if it was consistent with its beliefs according to the Bible. I don't want to group all churches of a particular denomination into one group because there are some churches in most mainline denominations that have lost their way. I was at one time Baptist, but I don't...

    Ring doorbell camera

We have a camera at our front door mainly to deter anyone stealing packages off the front porch. It is not from that company and I don't honestly think it has that feature, but I could be wrong.

    Nikki Haley's next move

So, you think it is well spoken to say that America has never been a racist country? Does the name Jim Crow mean anything to you? She could always change to an independent candidate. Though I am not sure if that would help Trump or Biden.

The pastor who preached the message I referred to earlier in this passage said that since many people believe Moses wrote Genesis that he added the name Yahweh or Jehovah into the text himself. But, I like your thoughts as well. thanks

    calling on God's name

The passage that was talked about today in church in scripture is in Genesis 12:8 where it says that Abram called upon the name of the Lord. the whole passage from the sermon was Genesisi 12:5-20. This is what verse 8 says: 8 "From there he went on toward the hills east of Bethel and pitched...
