    We have hills but most are not as high as what you do. I think the highest that's nearby in my county is 1,000 ft. I have to go slow in increasing how far and how long I walk because I'm only 4 weeks out from surgery. I don't even get released for normal activity for a few more weeks. Walking...

    Since I had my surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago, I've had to take it easy and not be able to do my routine 10,000 daily steps. Today I walked a mile without stopping and it felt really great! I can't wait to get back to normal.
