    Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Today we worship the Lord who died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. Look to Him and the cross for your salvation and not to yourself. Only God can save you.

    Getting my 10,000 steps daily is a good habit that has helped my health! There are only rare occasions where I don't get that amount in and it's usually if I'm sick or traveling.

    It's legal in some states for both recreational and medicinal usage. Are you worried about longtime side effects? My husband and I each have a friend who is a long timer user and their reaction has slowed to that of the elderly and their long term memory is awful.

    Reminds you of your childhood

    When I heat up milk, the smell takes me back to when I was younger and hungry and my parents would warm milk up to fill my belly so I could go to sleep. Sometimes they made me a piece of toast, but often it was warm milk.
