    Well, the person is still a friend, even in a meeting. If it's part of the official beliefs of the denomination, then yes, it's important, otherwise they wouldn't state that this is their beliefs.

    I haven't had houses in too many time periods to know. It could possibly have started in the 1990s? My current house is built in that time period and I can see how there were some cheap shortcuts made compared to the homes I had that were built in the 1960s.

    My church has a community garden and last year I created one to show it off to the public. It's a great way to show non-believers that we actually walk the walk.

    Parents are legally responsible for their children until the age of 18 in the US. There is limited privacy for them in that they get to shower alone and sleep alone, but then there are things that parents should check on for their safety.

    I had a medical test done on Friday and the anesthesia is still affecting me and I'm super tired. I think I slept 10 hours last night. I couldn't even get up early enough to do loops before it started to get hot outside. Indoor steps today.

    Elephants. My grandmother took all her grandkids to the circus in Chicago, and the elephants terrified me. My sister didn't like the clowns, but I was okay with them.

    Prayer Requests for Sept 2023

    How can we pray for you or your friends/family this month? A friend of mine I used to work with, who had tongue cancer the same time I did, passed away last week because her cancer returned. Please pray for Kathy's (yes, we had the same name) family as they mourn her passing.
