    If art is provocative...

Some, yes. Remember the artist who made a large tank filled with urine in which he had suspended a Crucifix? That is offensive art I think.

Justification: By OUR works or CHRIST'S works?

I don't get why people use the plastic thingies but I imagine it will be alleged to be good for infection control.

    Collection of Offerings

We take up the collection when the liturgy of the word is finished and the liturgy of the Eucharist is about to begin. After the collection the gifts are brought to the priest at the foot of the sanctuary along with the money collected. People can give automatically if they want to but I do not...

When you're sad or ill do you wonder if God loves you?

When you're sad or ill do you wonder if God loves you? Being ill can be a very miserable experience and it seems so unnecessary so why do Christians get ill? Surely being in Christ and being his body ought to confer some sort of immunity, right? :)

    Daily Light

Monday, 11th April 2016 MORNING In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin but he that refraineth his lips is wise. Prov. 10:19 My beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. James 1:19 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty: and he that...

Did the word made flesh, born forth from the womb of the virgin need ....

Since the Lord was born of a women (Galatians 4:4) and that he is himself a man (Titus 2:5) and since he is descended from Adam (Luke 3:23-38) according to the holy scriptures it is clear that he is a man and received his ancestry through both his mother and his adopted father.

Justification: By OUR works or CHRIST'S works?

We also use a common cup. Many from Pentecostal meetings are used to individual sealed plastic tiny cups so would the prospect of using a common cup shared with all the people who went to receive communion before you be a daunting prospect?

It's all a pretence ... No one keeps the feasts of Jehovah today.

Our faith roots are not in what the rabbis teach today. Their religion is not the religion that Jehovah gave through Moses. They have their own religion, one that they invented with their "traditions of men" through which they make void the law of God.

The group in the Temple [Rev 11:1] Who are they?

I know that you're making an effort to explain why you think that the ten commandments embrace all that is commanded in the new commandment given by the Lord but I can't help but feel that you're looking at it from the wrong end - sort of like looking through binoculars at the big lens end...

It's all a pretence ... No one keeps the feasts of Jehovah today.

But they are not a Christian church. They are an entirely different religion. Just like Islam is. Why go to either of them for lessons about Christianity?
