    I suspect that weight gain & loss a matter of arithmetic calories in and calories used. If calories in is greater that calories used then you gain weight. If calories in is less than calories used then you lose weight.

    Here all the elections are on paper ballots. It's simple, non-threatening, and doesn't confuse elderly folk who appear to dislike or be frightened of machines.
