    Was the blood moon experience a disappointment?

    I didn't see the blood moon since our area has had about 11 days of clouds and rain until today. I don't think you need a blood moon to tell you that we are in the end times. With all the turmoil and tragedy in our world, it seems obvious that we are in the end times.

    Yes, I read his other book "Authentic Faith" a few weeks ago and it really made me do some soul searching. It was very convicting. It runs against the name it and claim it, be happy all the time gospel that is preached in many places today

    I don't know if any of you have read the book sacred marriage by Gary Thomas, but I would highly recommend it. I am reading it now. He talks about how marriage is the relationship that God uses to teach us to be more like him and to learn things like loving another, commitment, sacrifice etc

    If your referring to the verse in John 15 about pruning, I believe that references to branches that are bearing fruit already. He prunes it so it can bear even more fruit.

    Has God called you to a mystery?

    I feel like church is a place where I can be edified and equipped and then I go out into the world to serve. My main ministry is counseling which is done in a mental health agency not the church.
