    40 minutes and your probably not even to the outer loop they are building there. I grew up in Spring and when we moved there back in the 70's it was in the country and now i don't recognize it when I go back. What was cow pasture is now neighborhoods. Somehow it is depressing to me.

    I really wish I hadn't stopped exercising. I got really lazy for a few years. It is really a lot harder at 50 years old to get in shape than it was in my 30's. I am improving, but it is slow going.

    I definitely took the long way to my present career. I started in church ministry, then let there and did retail and then collections and then was a chaplain and then went into mental health work as a qualified professional and then in my 40's decided to get my masters in counseling. Funny...
