It's all a mystery yet even quantum mechanics sees it.

Okay, the sciences are generally thought to be either God negative or God neutral but when you look at what is said with some care some interesting God positive sounding things are said.

    Doubts in my Church

Jesus is there in his people. He is there in the gospel reading. He is there in the psalms and the prophets whose writings are read at every mass. Jesus is there in the holy Eucharist as he said he was. He is there when his people pray as they do at every mass. Jesus is Lord and he is with his...

    Doubts in my Church

Church customs are usually sensible in their historical context but sometimes they outstay their welcome. Pews were probably cheaper to make than lots of chairs - but now with mass-production of chairs made of plastic I imagine chairs are cheaper. :smirk:

    Doubts in my Church

    Doubts in my Church

It must be admitted that every single mass includes the gospel because it can't even be a mass without the gospel being heard, believed, and obeyed. That's what a mass means. Even the word "mass" is part of an exhortation to go out into the world and preach the gospel - Ite, missa est are the...

The washing of regeneration and renewal in the Holy Spirit

Having one baptism does not divide - even people who claim two (or more) baptisms still have one baptism and it's the one mentioned in Ephesians 4:5.

    Okay, let's talk about predestination

This IS scripture. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye...
