    From what I have seen as a counselor, many families are going through a lot of pain and problems, separation, marital infidelity and problems with children.     With all the running that I have been doing, my neck has been bothering me again. I have a bulging disc in my neck, but usually it has been doing okay. I am going to take a few days off from running and hope that it gets better. If not, I may have to quit for a while or just walk

    had a tough time sleeping last night thinking of all the things I needed to do and then woke up this morning to a text that my evening appointment canceled. The morning started off slow, but the work day is almost over now.
