    When truth matters.

Cant's be none and self at the same time because self is one. The Blessed Trinity has the unity of one God in a multiplicity of persons (precisely three persons) so the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic church also has the unity of one church in a multiplicity of many persons.

Is organisational unity amongst Christians desirable?

I wonder if the church on the day of Pentecost and for the next 50 years following that day was a lowest common denominator theological institution ...does not seem likely does it and yet it was one church, one organisation with one body of apostles and bishops leading it.

Is organisational unity amongst Christians desirable?

I am not sure what you want; are none of the options applicable? Is the question unclear?

    When truth matters.

If, as you claim, all scripture is prophetic then perhaps the passage points both to the unity of the church in saint Paul's time and the unity of the Church in the last days when denominations will fall away because the faith of many will grow cold.

    When truth matters.

The text in Hebrews chapter ten pre-dates denominations, it comes from a time when there was only one church and all others were apostates or heretics or members of other religions.

    Who identifies as Charismatic

The Lord says, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." (John 3:5 NASB) thus linking baptism with reception of the Spirit. The Lord also says, "He who has believed and has been baptised shall be saved; but he who has...

    When was Jesus Christ born?

Yes it is an unsustainable proposition that the Lord would be in Jerusalem simply loitering during the feast of the dedication instead of attending to his religious duties as defined by the high priests' traditions about the feast and it is untenable mainly because the Jews were not sola...

A new Prime Minister and a new Cabinet for Australia

Your post appears to be reading things into the events; he did convert but there's no stated reason and no suggestion that the conversion was for convenience or for family peace alone.

    When truth matters.

The principle is explained in saint Paul's letters. And in Hebrews. Chapter ten speaks of avoiding the neglect of assembling together in fellowship. Other letters urge Christians to be united in one faith with one baptism and so forth. How folk in separated and independent groups deal with such...

Another shooting spree in the USA

I am not so sure that "some other way to kill them" would arise as often as using guns to do it now because some of these killers act on provocations that do not produce a long lasting effect so lack of guns and hence inability to act on the provocation quickly may lead to no action instead of...
