    It was not as good. I've decided to stop looking at my sleep report everyday as it is increasing my anxiety and just take a look every week or so and regularly send my numbers to my doctor so he can order any tests he needs to order.

    Yes, I wake up a lot at night as well. Sometimes my sleep apnea would wake me up particularly before it was being treated because I would stop breathing and have this choking sensation and wake up like that.
