    With all the running that I have been doing, my neck has been bothering me again. I have a bulging disc in my neck, but usually it has been doing okay. I am going to take a few days off from running and hope that it gets better. If not, I may have to quit for a while or just walk

    Audio Books

    had a tough time sleeping last night thinking of all the things I needed to do and then woke up this morning to a text that my evening appointment canceled. The morning started off slow, but the work day is almost over now.

    I finished the book "Go Set A Watchman" by Harper Lee today. This is the same person who wrote "To Kill A Mockingbird". Originally written in the mid 1950's, but published in 2015. I gave it two stars out of five.
