    I have not said that scripture mandates an order. It's baptizing and teaching that go hand in hand. I think that if you believe I said something about order it was to bring up a fact that the order in Matthew's verse had a different order.

    That's how Lutherans believe about Justification. Objectively Christ won salvation for us at the cross. Subjectively the Holy Spirit gives us faith to believe. I think a lot of scripture can be read in those two facets of objectivity and subjectivity.
