The Underbelly of "Christian" Internet discussion groups

All forums have rules and those are the boundaries they have set into place and whenever people sign up on those forums, they agree to abide by the rules. When they break those rules, the moderators follow a moderation protocol and sometimes that means an immediate ban (for instance trolls or...

Creeds were written to denounce specific heresies. That's why.

The only method of Baptism taught and demonstrated in scripture

Well, non-trinitarians don't baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, do they?

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

You didn't explain what you implied concerning Calvinism. Please explain.

    Jesus born at thy birth

What do you mean by "Why does your church have its own creed"? I don't understand this part of your question.

    Jesus born at thy birth

Maybe you could explain what you mean then since you don't accept the Athanasian Creed?

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

I don't know what you mean by turning to Calvinism. You don't believe that God's word changes men?

So you ARE talking about Christ's two natures. That's what I asked before.

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

You said it yourself that dead mean can't hear...so when scripture says that faith comes by hearing God's word, we know that it's God who gives us faith and we hear. You see God's word "effects". It causes things to happen. Don't you believe that?

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

I don't understand what you're asking. Could you ask it in another way?
  13. Lamb

    Jesus born at thy birth

The quote says this: the Father is eternal, the Son eternal, the Holy Spirit eternal; yet they are not three who are eternal, but there is one who is eternal, That answers your question and there is no explanation needed beyond that UNLESS, as I asked, if you're asking about the two natures...

    Is that a UK car?
  15. Lamb

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

That's correct that dead people cannot make themselves hear, but GOD is the one who has them hear. Now do you see it?
  16. Lamb

    Jesus born at thy birth

    That's in the quote.
  17. Lamb

Why does Jugement Day remain if Jesus paid for everyone's Sins?

Like I said, you misunderstand the document. Faith comes by hearing the word of God is directly from scripture. That doesn't mean that WE are doing anything to receive what God is giving us by his word. It's 100% God's doing.

    Jesus born at thy birth

I'm very careful with wording which is why I quoted the creed. Now, if you could tell me what you mean by Son in the way you worded your question, then that would be helpful? I'm having a feeling it has to do with the two natures of Christ that would be your answer.
